Kijibae (From $0 to $100K ARR: How We Launched K-Beauty Nail Brand Kijibae on Amazon in 5 Months)
The Challenge
Kijibae, an emerging gel nail strips brand with Korean beauty roots, launched in 2025. They initially setup Amazon at a basic level with a few listing making less than $500 on primarily branded search terms. With a portfolio size of 30 SKUs not only selling a variety of gel nail strips but also supporting accessories for the full salon experience - from remover, top coat to more, the brand had aggressive growth goals while having a super lean team. Prima Mode took on full end-to-end management of Kijibae 's Amazon presence, owning and running the channel end to end. We ran the account as if it were our own business, making data-driven decisions while building sustainable, profitable growth.
